Who manages this community?
The 612 Mariposa Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 12 month lease terms.
What is the pet policy?
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community and accept both cats and dogs. Maximum of two pets. $500 deposit for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets, with $50 per month rent per pet. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.
How do I apply?
Please complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. We require payment of non-refundable $52 application fee, and security deposit starts at $700 for 1 bedrooms, and $800 for two bedrooms. The easiest way to apply online is to view pricing and availability on the floorplan pages, and when you've selected your ideal new apartment home, simply click on the Apply Now button to begin your application.
What are the parking arrangements?
We have convenient underground covered parking for only $50 per month.( Parking is not included in your rent.)
What are nearby transportation options?
There is excellent access to San Francisco and the greater East Bay including Berkeley, Emeryville, and Walnut Creek. Downtown San Francisco is within 20 minutes via the Bay Bridge. The MacArthur BART Station is located 1.2 miles from 612 Mariposa Avenue and provides transportation to downtown San Francisco in 17 minutes.
